I do not bill insurance.

For those with out of network mental health coverage I will provide a Superbill that can be submitted for reimbursement. 

Please remember that insurance requires a mental health diagnosis.

2 Become 1 Marriage Retreat

A retreat from the hustle and bustle of life to focus on your one true vocation, the vocation of marriage. For engaged and married couples, this weekend will offer you opportunities to pray together, learn together, play together, and grow together. Where did we come from and where are we going? What was God's original plan for marriage? How is he calling and inviting us to heal? How do we want to respond. This and many other questions are the focus of this retreat. 

This weekend qualifies for Marriage Preparation for the Archdiocese of Portland in Oregon. Check with your individual parish for specific requirements.

Cost: $575 – Couple (includes room for 2 nights, and meals)

Patricia Mackie, LPC

I specialize in helping diagnose and treat marital challenges. We will start by diagnosing what is going on in your marriage and understanding how that compares to what research tells us about thriving marriages. I will teach you tools, and skills based on your goals for you marriage. We will map your interactions and identify the helpful patterns and destructive patterns.

I am trained in Level 1, 2, and 3 Gottman Marital Strategies, as well as Emotion Focused Couples Therapy, and Imago relationship therapy. I maintain specialized training in the areas of trauma, and attachment. I update my clinical skills regularly to ensure I am providing you with evidence based care.

Clients seek me out to navigate life changes; entering adulthood, transitioning to parenthood, feeling lost, struggling with anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or depression. Wherever life has led you I am here to help you find your footing, gain personal insight and move forward on your journey.

In 2006 I earned a Masters' degree in Clinical Psychology with a specialty in Marriage and Family Therapy from Benedictine University.
