You are here because you want something in your life to be different than it is right now. You have taken the bravest step possible and decided to reach out for help. Are you feeling stuck in your marriage? Are you unable to figure out what exactly is wrong? Maybe you and your spouse have become ships passing in the night, the friendship, the admiration is gone. Maybe you dread coming home because it seems like all that awaits is conflict, or have you just given up on even trying to get your needs met. I specialize in helping diagnose and treat marital challenges. We will start by diagnosing what is going on in your marriage and understanding how that compares to what research tells us about thriving marriages. We will build a goal together and you will walk away with new tools to return to a joy filled marriage that brings you comfort, safety, and relief at the end of the day.
In order to support my clients I maintain a high level of continuing education. I am trained in Level 1 and Level 2 Gottman Marital Strategies, as well as Emotion Focused Couples Therapy, and Imago relationship therapy. I maintain training in the areas of trauma, attachment, and update my clinical skills regularly.
Clients also seek me out to navigate life changes; entering adulthood, transitioning to parenthood, feeling lost, struggling with anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or depression. Wherever life has led you I am here to help you find your footing, gain personal insight and move forward on your journey.
